Horseback Trail Ride in Orlando
Experience Orlando the way it used to be

Before Disney, Orlando was the home of cowboys -- or "crackers" as they call them locally. In fact, the annual Silver Spurs rodeo in Kissimmee is the largest rodeo East of the Mississippi and such a tradition that public schools shut down for it.

Take advantage of that heritage by visiting Orlando the way the locals do - on horseback. Listed below you'll find a directory of stables and outfitters that can set you up for a day of horseback riding to experience Orlando the way it used to be.

Lake County
Adventure Trail Riding is located in the heart of Florida Horse Country.
Nestled in the natural setting of gently rolling hills and a sparkling private lake is Fiddler's Green Ranch, home of many different horses ranging from ranch and lesson horses, to barrel racing and performance horses. Our beautiful facility is not a private one anymore. In fact it is open to people and animals alike from all over the country, and even the world. We offer many ranch-villas, including one-, two-, and three-bedrooms. We also host many different events such as hayrides, camp outs, bon fires, kids' parties, and other social events, as well as special events such as weddings, engagements, engagement parties, banquets, and more.
You will find our Horseback riding trail adventures fun and exciting. Our horses are well behaved and trained to make the most novice rider feel comfortable. Most of our horses are Tennessee Walking Horses or Cross breeds. All are gaited horses and their trot is smooth where you don't need to know how to post.
